SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We ship all order the next day after we have received your order in our order entry system. All items are shipped by US Priority Mail or US Priority International. We ship to anywhere in the US and worldwide. Our shipping and handling fees are $6.50 per item in the United States and a flat $13.00 per item to shipping/handling anywhere else in the world.

REFUND POLICY

We will make a return on any sale if that is the only way to have a customer satisfied. We try very hard to make sure your experience with us is pleasant. If a refund is necessary as long as the customer returns the complete item in a condition it can be resold to us and the product not damaged in anyway we will give you a refund of your original price plus the original shipping and handling charge. It is the customers responsibility to pay the return shipping fees on all refunds to our warehouse. However, on all special cut orders there are no refunds due to cutting errors if the measurements were given to us by the customer. these orders must be handled in a different manner.

1) Why is the chrome so expensive ?

The chrome you have purchased from us is the highest quality product you can buy. We are buying from the same supplier who furnishes vinyl chrome to all the manufactures like Toyota, Ford, Chrysler and General Motors.

2) Chrome is chrome true?

False. Don't let looks or feel fool you. CHROME IS NOT JUST CHROME. Our product will never crack, yellow or fade. It should last the life of your car. Many auto parts stores sell vinyle chrome and some are ok and others are a waste of money. Our product is the finest you can buy and it is not cheaper to make. That is why all your major manufacturers use this brand. You can have two pieces of apple pie side by side and they both look great, but they will learn taste the same. Such is true with vinyl chrome.

3) Why is the chrome made of vinyl?

Today, the days of real chrome are gone due to the cost. Most new cars have a combination of cut chrome and molded chrome used on them no matter what the cost of the car. Vinyl chrome last and cost far less.

4) Do manufacturers offer these types of strips?

Yes they do. Many of them make these products, but the cost from them is sometimes 4 to 5 times what we sell our product for. Most of our items retail for less then $25.00. In today's world $25.00 doesn't get you a lot. Go to the grocery store and test the amount $25.00 gets you. We feel we have a true value in our items.

5) Do you offer other vinyl chrome products?

yes we do. We make hundreds of different items for all makes and models. We also do a lot of "specialty" items where we can custom cut products for you.
